In need of reliable & local chimney sweeps? I am a professional and fully trained chimney sweep who takes pride in providing a no mess, no fuss service. In general we offer our services throughout Cambridgeshire from Cambridge & St Ives to Huntingdon & St Neots and Ramsey to Ely. Types of Appliance
I am qualified to sweep:
- Open fires
- All types of stoves; wood burning or multi fuel; lined or unlined.
- Solid fuel and oil boilers.
- AGAs and AGA like ranges; solid fuel, oil or gas.
Stove Repairs
I am qualified to do the following types of stove repair:
- Re rope doors and stove glass
- replace stove glass
- Replace fire bricks
Bird Guard, Chimney Cap and Bird Deterrent Fitting
I can fit bird guards and chimney caps on to all shapes and sizes of chimney pot. Details can be found here.
Carbon Monoxide (CO)Alarms
Sweepover can supply and fit CO alarms. I only fit BS/EU approved designs. More information about CO awareness can be found here.
Certificates
On completion of each sweep I will issue a certificate on behalf of the Guild of Master Sweeps to show that the chimney has been swept by a qualified and competent person. You get a copy and I retain a copy. On the certificate I will note down any observations and recommendations and discuss them with you. I will also offer advice on how to get the best from and help resolve any problems you may have with your fire, chimney or appliance.
